It is essential :)
I was surprised at how my pains left after I went back to the Sports Centre. It wasn't fast, no. The first few times I made the mistake of biting more than I could chew, so I ended up worse than I had been.

But overall, each time, it felt like my nerves, muscles, and even my bones were loosening up. I had no pleasure for a long time, apart from the satisfation that I'd "done it, dammit!".

Even back then, it was a fantastic stress reliever. Good fatigue.
Now, I really enjoy the process, as well as the result.

I just miss being able to run. I loved it.
I'll try that again in a year, once I've got enough muscles to compensate for my weak knees. It might be possible. I jump a lot during Body Combat, yet I don't hurt the morning after.
